Overview

The Platinum Project Manager will play a key role in the growth and expansion of the Platinum team at AireSpring, leading the team to ensure successful project delivery for high-end customers.

In Short

• Lead the Platinum team to deliver solutions for high-end customers.
• Support and advocate for Platinum customers during their operational experience.
• Identify and resolve operational and customer process gaps.
• Manage conflict and ensure efficient team processes.
• Provide reports to upper management regarding team performance.
• Assist customers in decision-making and strategy for deployment.
• Manage escalations and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Facilitate team meetings and track project deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Support customers from any AireSpring geographic area.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree desired.
• Minimum of three years management experience required.
• Five years project management experience in the telecom industry.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to lead and develop team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
