Overview

As a Staff Design-Centric iOS Engineer on the User, Listings & Platform Client team at Airbnb, you’ll play a critical role in partnering with our design and product leads to drive our explorations into ensuring quality.

• Work closely with other senior leaders to define and drive critical product systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

• 9+ years of iOS Engineering experience in the tech industry.
• Design-focused iOS engineer with experience in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong product sense and passion for UI and UX product development.
• Track record of partnership with design and product leadership.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and releasing complex products.
• Excellent engineering skills, experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.
• Proven track record of fostering a culture of Diversity and Belonging.
