Overview

As Senior Payments Operations Manager for Procedures, Standards & GTM Readiness, you’ll lead the development, standardization, and execution of Airbnb’s global payments procedures and standards, change management, and go-to market readiness for payments products.

• Drive creation and adoption of global and localized procedures & standards.
• Steer change management by identifying gaps and championing their resolution.
• Oversee go-to-market readiness for payments initiatives.
• Partner with local business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure Airbnb’s payments infrastructure supports innovation, stability, and efficiency.
• Architect and maintain a suite of global payments procedures and standards.
• Define end-to-end framework for payments procedures and standards.
• Lead global standardization of procedures while enabling regional adaptation.
• Proactively identify gaps in payment procedures or standards.
• Ensure launches achieve end-to-end readiness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong background in documenting and operationalizing procedures.
• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end go-to-market operational readiness.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
• Proven track record of identifying operational gaps and driving change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data.
• Ability to influence senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
