Senior Manager, Product & AI Policy - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Manager, Product & AI Policy, you will partner closely with our product and business teams to support Airbnb's strategic objectives, identifying policy vulnerabilities and designing global policies that facilitate a high quality experience across Airbnb.

In Short

• Lead policy development for new and existing product areas, including AI-powered features.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a Policy, Legal, or Trust and Safety role.
• Prior leadership on product policy, especially in AI.
• Familiarity with the AI policy landscape.
• Strong critical thinking and research skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Ability to partner with business teams effectively.
• Experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
