Requirements

• 5+ years of product development experience in climate tech or HVAC.
• Experience in designing and optimizing thermal systems.
• Familiarity with MOFs, COFs, or porous materials.
• Knowledge of heat pumps and energy-efficient designs.
• Proficiency in prototyping and iterative design methods.
• Simulation experience with CFD, ANSYS, or COMSOL desired.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability.
• Experience with Direct Air Capture technologies is a plus.
