As a Senior Palo Alto Networks Support Engineer in our Partner ASC program, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing Palo Alto Networks technologies, ensuring seamless support delivery and driving customer success.

In Short

• Provide advanced technical support for Palo Alto Networks products.
• Manage and resolve support cases from initiation to closure.
• Assist ASC partners in maintaining compliance with program requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with Palo Alto Networks products and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills in network security.
• Ability to manage support cases effectively.

• Experience in conducting training sessions.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting.
• Advanced certifications like PCCET, PCDRA, or PSE preferred.
• Background in incident response or SOC operations preferred.
