In Short

• Lead resolution of Tier-3 support cases for Palo Alto products.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor L1/L2 TAC engineers and create knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management.
• Develop troubleshooting scripts/tools using Python and REST.
• Monitor case metrics and own incident lifecycle for P1/P2 cases.
• Act as a senior escalation point for critical incidents.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration to improve product support.
• Ensure timely communication and post-mortem reporting for incidents.
• Work across rotational shifts and be available for after-hours incidents.

Requirements

• 9–12 years in enterprise-level TAC/support or network/security engineering.
• 3+ years in L3 escalation roles.
• Expert in PAN-OS, firewalls, VPN, and routing protocols.
• PCNSE certification required; PCNSA, PCCSE preferred.
• Experience with Python and REST API for automation.
• Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work across rotational shifts.
