Overview

The Observability Delivery Manager oversees technical delivery within client engagements, manages a team of Observability Engineers and Architects, and actively participates in billable projects. This role is critical in maintaining profitability, optimizing resource utilization, and driving excellence in service delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in observability or monitoring.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Grafana).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and client-focused mindset.
