NOC Technical Team Lead - Remote

Overview

The NOC Technical Team Lead at AHEAD is responsible for providing technical leadership and oversight of the Operations Center team while managing the continual maintenance and support of the AMS event management system.

In Short

• Provide technical leadership to Operations Center Administrators.
• Manage various infrastructure platform issues including network, server, backup, and cloud.
• Supervise ticket queues and manage ticket backlogs.
• Design and implement Logic Monitor event management alerting.
• Collaborate with customers during onboarding sessions.
• Write and improve workflows, scripts, and runbooks.
• Mentor NOC Administrators on technologies.
• Ensure all incident tickets and service requests are documented and resolved on time.
• Communicate ticket status with customers.
• This is an overnight shift role from 7pm-3am ET.

Requirements

• At least three years of NOC Engineer experience.
• Multiple certifications in Logic Monitor administration.
• Experience with Windows Server, O365, Unix/Linux.
• Basic knowledge of storage systems.
• Experience with ITIL based ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot.
• Three required certifications from a specified list.
