This role combines strategic process development, expertise in international trade regulations, and project management to deliver efficient, compliant solutions.

  • Collaborate with IOR partners to establish and refine processes for importing goods.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
  • Create documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients.
  • Participate in client calls to explain the IOR process.
  • Act as the primary logistics contact for clients during shipping.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in international trade or logistics.
  • Proven expertise in IOR processes and compliance.
  • Experience with international shipping practices and customs clearance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Familiarity with negotiating contracts with logistics providers.
  • Track record of managing global rollout projects.
