Overview

The Junior Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs while ensuring system scalability, security, and performance.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
Troubleshoot and debug backend systems.
Write clean, maintainable code.
Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
1+ year experience with a backend language (Node.js, Python, Go, Java, or C#).
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
Proactive communication and problem-solving mindset.
Reliable internet connection for distributed teams.
