In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new Customers.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Agilis.
  • Proactively identify and address issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for renewals and upsells.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer success or project management.
  • Strong understanding of the chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects.
  • Proficiency in data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Comfortable with technology and standard office software.
