UX Researcher/Information Architect - Remote

• Join a collaborative team working on an integrated patient portal experience for Veterans.
• Lead user research efforts using various methodologies.
• Create design deliverables from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher/information architect.
• Experience conducting user research and synthesizing results.
• Knowledge of information architecture and its impact on accessibility and SEO.
• Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience with AI tools for UX research and design.
• Strong collaboration skills in an Agile environment.
• Adaptive and empathetic mindset.
• U.S. residency for 3 out of the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
