Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with complex architectures and multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance software delivery.
• Strong Agile mindset and team focus.
• Self-organizing and ownership of work.
• Proactive with a bias to action.
• Strong decision-making skills and a sense of experimentation.
• U.S. residency for 3 out of the last 5 years.
• Willingness to travel if required by clients.
