Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience with AI tools and services.
• Strong Agile mindset.
• Self-organizing and proactive.
• Familiar with cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Ability to navigate trade-offs effectively.
• Experience working with government agencies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• U.S. residency for 3 out of the last 5 years.
