QA Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Collaborate within a cross-functional agile team.
• Assist in developing and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Leverage AI tools for test case generation and optimization.
• Participate in requirements analysis and story grooming.
• Identify and document defects.
• Support CI/CD processes by validating builds and releases.
• Monitor application performance using observability tools.
• Execute regression and accessibility tests.
• Triage and resolve escalated defects.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Knowledge in testing methodologies across devices and platforms.
• Experience with test case design and development.
• Familiarity with at least one test automation framework.
• Understanding of Agile principles.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Comfort with writing clear bug reports.
• U.S. residency for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
• Some travel may be required.
