Overview

Agicap is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer on a part-time basis to manage and consolidate the Legal HR scope across its 7 group entities. The role involves providing legal guidance on employment law matters, particularly focusing on the employment contract lifecycle, terminations, and litigation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in employment law or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years of experience in employment law
• Expert knowledge of French employment law
• Experience in managing terminations and employee representative bodies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with GDPR and data protection
• Knowledge of international employment law is a plus
• Strong discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in French and English
