Overview

Agero is seeking a passionate Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain the core data infrastructure that supports analytics, machine learning, and data science initiatives.

• Design and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Optimize cloud costs and monitor resource usage.
• Develop and maintain data architectures like data lakes and warehouses.
• Implement data modeling techniques and transformations.
• Write scalable code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in data engineering.
• Extensive experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousing solutions.
• Expertise in ETL/ELT tools like Airflow and DBT.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Understanding of data modeling techniques.
• Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of data quality frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
