Overview

A talented and curious Growth Analyst is needed to join a neuroscience-based technology company dedicated to revolutionizing health behavior change through data analysis and behavioral interventions.

In Short

• Partner with Product team for feature development through data analysis.
• Design hypotheses, run experiments, and analyze results.
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover user behavior patterns.
• Build and maintain Mixpanel dashboards for tracking user behavior.
• Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop Python scripts for data processing and analysis.
• Manage Fresh Tri’s Snowflake data warehouse and optimize schemas.
• Collaborate with Engineering for data quality assurance.
• Conduct qualitative user research to complement quantitative findings.
• Support academic and business reporting with insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Product Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Data Analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Mixpanel and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying data.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with Snowflake for managing data pipelines.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design.
• Ability to troubleshoot analytics issues through application code.
• Experience with Google Analytics and A/B testing frameworks is a plus.
• BA/BS degree in a technical or behavioral science field preferred.
• Strong communication skills for distilling complex analyses.
