Overview

AGE Solutions is seeking a Firewall Administrator to support DoD Local Area Network (LAN) and Firewall teams working across physical and cloud environments.

In Short

  • Monitor and analyze Firewall system logs.
  • Develop product requirements from inception to conclusion.
  • Coordinate with Vendor PM, CORs, and government representatives.
  • Formulate Security policy and manage Security configuration.
  • Work with LAN and WAN operations.
  • Install and configure network equipment.
  • Ensure user satisfaction on technical matters.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Handle incident ticket tracking and work orders.
  • Comply with DoD security regulations.

Requirements

  • Five years of relevant experience in Firewall administration.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard network environments.
  • Understanding of Information Assurance Best Practices.
  • Experience with DoD and DLA security guidelines.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification or higher.
  • CheckPoint Certified Security Associates (CCSA).
  • Secret clearance with IT-I qualifying investigation.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
