National Evaluation & Impact Manager - Remote

Overview

A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY: After-School All-Stars is currently seeking to hire a National Evaluation & Impact Manager. The position is responsible for overseeing evaluation efforts and database management to support the evidence-based initiatives throughout our network. This role will design, conduct, and lead evaluations of key ASAS programs and resources with the aim of informing their development, implementation, and promotion.

In Short

• Ensure standardized research and evaluation methods across the department.
• Design and implement program evaluations for national/chapter programs.
• Manage third-party contractors and assist chapters with data sharing.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
• Manage national database coordination for progress monitoring.
• Support internal and external publications for decision-making.
• Coordinate and deliver training on data systems and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with data standards and record maintenance.
• Implement annual stakeholder survey process.
• Promote ASAS’s core values in all efforts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in youth development or education sector.
• Proven experience with evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in tasks.
• Experience with grant projects preferred.
• IRB Accreditation preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
