Overview

In Short

• Design RVCS systems for civil and industrial buildings.
• Dimensioning of RVCS systems.
• 2D drawing (Autocad) or 3D modeling (Revit).
• Preparation of principle schemes (Autocad).
• Manage site meetings, write minutes, and track pending items.
• Draft specifications with Messerli CPN.
• Control costs, timelines, and quality of executed works.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Organize tests, control advances, and manage guarantees.
• Work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Technician or designer in RVCS with completed apprenticeship in construction technology.
• Ability to organize work and manage projects independently.
• Knowledge of Swiss and European standards (SIA-EN) in RVCS.
• Proficiency in CAD programs and complete Office suite, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM environment is a plus.
• Interdisciplinary work capability and flexibility.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field.
