In Short

• Serve as an end-to-end financial expert for the Marketplace business.
• Analyze and report performance metrics to company leaders and partners.
• Design and deliver automated dashboards for executive consumption.
• Develop financial models for Affirm’s Ad Revenue and Marketplace GMV.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale marketplace profitability.

Requirements

• Passion for disrupting the lending and financial industry.
• Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication skills with company executives.
• High attention to detail with strategic business evaluation skills.
• 2+ years in analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, etc.).
• Excellent Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma or Looker is a plus.
