We are looking for a strategic and inspiring Director of Product Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategy and narrative development across Affirm’s commerce, payments, and merchant ecosystem. This role is pivotal in shaping how Affirm shows up in the market — influencing enterprise customer adoption, informing company strategy through market and customer insights, and crafting stories that resonate across key audiences including merchants, partners, consumers, and investors.

In Short

• Lead Product Marketing Strategy to define and execute Affirm’s enterprise and merchant product marketing strategy.
• Champion Product Narratives and External Storytelling for company keynotes and investor relations.
• Drive Go-To-Market Excellence by partnering with teams to launch new products and features.
• Create Feedback Systems and Market Insight Loops to operationalize structured feedback.
• Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Impact with Product and Data teams.
• Represent Affirm Externally as a credible voice in industry panels and customer meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, particularly in enterprise and B2B settings.
• Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into market narratives.
• Experience building feedback systems connecting customer insights to product decisions.
• Strong understanding of merchant and partner ecosystems across retail, commerce, or fintech.
• Demonstrated success leading go-to-market strategies for enterprise products.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience presenting narratives for executive audiences.
• Data-driven mindset to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Comfortable in high-visibility, cross-functional environments.
• A systems thinker connecting market forces and customer needs to strategy.
