In Short

• Become end-to-end financial expert on data related to Affirm’s new and existing markets and products.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support the Finance team in developing automated financial forecasts.
• Evaluate, communicate, and recommend solutions to optimize growth.
• Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity.
• 2+ years experience in analytically-driven roles.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with DBT and similar data transformation tools.
• Passion for disrupting the lending and financial industry.
• Comfort with production level IDEs and version control.

Requirements

• Strong ownership and ability to think creatively.
• High attention to detail and strategic context evaluation.
• 2+ years experience in analytics, data science, or finance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, including data manipulation.
• Experience with Python analysis packages like Pandas.
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience using Sigma or similar BI tools preferred.
• Passion for improving the financial industry.
