Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in an analytical role.
• Experience extracting and joining large data sets with SQL.
• Foundational understanding of designing and conducting hypothesis tests.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing objectives.
• Strong intuition for customer needs and understanding behavior using data.
• Ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems into tangible steps.
• Proficiency in communicating research to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Eagerness to assist colleagues and optimize work processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships.
