Staff Software Engineer, Client - Remote

Overview

Aerospike is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to develop and maintain high-speed scalable client libraries that interface with their real-time database.

In Short

• Develop and maintain Aerospike Client Libraries.
• Analyze and improve performance and scalability of client-server workflows.
• Work with support and sales teams for product support.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience in Java and another language.
• Experience with async and multithreaded applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience (Java) - required.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience in another language (C, C#, Golang, Rust, Python) - required.
• Experience building async and/or multithreaded applications/libs - required.
• Experience building high-performance code - required.
• Experience with NoSQL databases a plus.
• Self-starter with initiative - required.
• Git repositories or code examples preferred.
