As a Senior Project Botanist at AECOM, you will lead field efforts focused on conducting biological surveys for sensitive plant species in the Nevada and Southern California regions, contributing to projects that create a positive impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in biology, ecology, or related field.
• 6 years of relevant field experience in botany.
• Valid driver license for job site access.
• Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Knowledge of Nevada flora and habitat assessments.
• Experience with wetland delineation and botanical regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing client priorities.
• Experience in utility projects in the U.S. Southwest.
• Possession of relevant permits for wildlife surveys.
