Senior Project Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Project Analyst, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that seeks continuous value generation in the Technology structure, focusing on the customer (internal and external) and aligned with business objectives.

In Short

• Act as Tech Lead for the project team;
• Define and manage the input of initiatives into the Technology project portfolio;
• Create and maintain documentation, plans, and reports for projects;
• Define and manage follow-up cadences, generating visibility of all initiatives in the portfolio as well as potential risks, bottlenecks, and blockers;
• Clarify choices that need to be made (execution capacity vs prioritization) and demonstrate expected and realized results;
• Create financial projections for the portfolio and views that allow monitoring of budgeted vs actual;
• Work with area managers to eliminate obstacles and create opportunities;
• Support ensuring connections with business objectives are correctly established;
• Define and disseminate best practices and methodologies for project planning and management.

Requirements

• Reside in São Paulo/SP (Capital);
• Experience in managing technology projects from conception to delivery;
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts and timelines;
• Negotiation, communication skills, teamwork, and influence ability;
• Business analysis skills, requirement gathering, and critical point identification;
• Knowledge of managing projects using Agile methodology - SCRUM and Kanban;
• Knowledge in creating dashboards, KPIs, and indicators;
• Advanced Excel.
