Overview

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager with a passion for driving results to join our high-performing Energy Practice team. The project manager will plan, direct and execute various sized projects to support our Renewables and Advanced Nuclear Department.

In Short

  • Manage the design process from project basis of design stage through deliverables.
  • Oversee the full life cycle of projects including design, permitting, and construction.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Confirm deliverables and services exceed client satisfaction.
  • Identify project opportunities early and facilitate go/no-go decisions.
  • Lead proposal efforts and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage internal project financials and staffing.
  • Work on projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Support business plan development and growth.
  • Coordinate with team members across the world.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Engineering or related discipline +4 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
  • +10 years of relevant experience including project management and engineering.
  • Experience in collaborative model environments (e.g., Navisworks).
  • Proficiency in schedule development and identifying interdependencies.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience facilitating design reviews.
  • Demonstrated success in remote team environments.
