Human Health Risk Assessor - Remote

Overview

AECOM is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Human Health Risk Assessor to become an integrated member of AECOM’s risk assessment and remediation practices.

In Short

• Support a wide range of projects for federal government clients.
• Perform human health risk assessments according to regulatory guidance.
• Develop Risk Assessment Work Plans and contribute to Sampling and Analysis Plans.
• Coordinate with internal project teams and delegate to junior staff.
• Prepare technical deliverables, including reports and risk assessment calculations.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state regulations for risk assessments.
• Ensure work quality and efficiency meet company standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of USEPA Risk Assessment Guidance for Superfund.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and applied statistics.
• Experience conducting vapor intrusion assessments.
• Experience evaluating PFAS, PCBs, and lead.
• CERCLA experience with Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies.
