Overview

The Physician Coding Liaison Supervisor is responsible for overseeing coding and documentation education for physicians and advanced practice clinicians, ensuring compliance with coding rules and regulations.

• Supervise coding education for employed physicians and APCs.

Requirements

• Coding certification (CCA, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT, CPC).
• Associate's Degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• 3 years of experience in provider coding.
• Advanced knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in high volume clinical settings.
• Ability to work in multiple environments (virtual, office, clinic).
