Operations Executive (Contracts) - Remote

Overview

The Operations Executive (Contracts) role at Adventus involves managing contracts, billing, and performance analysis to support customer relations and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Analyze and review services and/or product performance
• Prepare and process contracts to Customer
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and contract management
• Raise and mail out invoices to customers
• Ensure accuracy of billing and contract-related documentation
• Prepare monthly vendor reports
• Track expiring contracts through monthly reports
• Assist in ad-hoc operational tasks

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel (Pivot table and V-Lookup)
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data and numbers
• Entry Level candidates are welcomed to apply

• Able to multitask
