Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will act as a learning partner/consultant and will be a key member of one of the most skilled design teams in the tech industry, maintaining and creating educational design standards for an array of company products and training purposes.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing.
• 1-2 years of visual design experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing original learning products.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Experience creating complex eLearning courses with Evolve or Articulate 360.
• Familiarity with ADDIE, Rapid Release, and storyboarding.
• Prior experience in presentation design, copywriting, and copyediting.
• Skilled in project management programs (Smartsheet, Asana).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex technical language into simplified steps.
