Transportation Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Transportation Scheduler is responsible for providing support for the School of Origin Transportation Program by scheduling and dispatching drivers, handling urgent and non-urgent calls, and maintaining strong relationships with provider partners.

• Schedule and dispatch drivers using the Route Genie App.
• Handle urgent and non-urgent calls simultaneously.
• Adjust schedules based on last-minute changes.
• Maintain logs of calls and transportation cancellations.
• Process routing and dispatching activities.
• Answer questions regarding transportation issues.
• Perform data entry for new student paperwork.
• Log reports on activities during shifts.
• Work schedule is 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with flexibility.
• Attend annual Conflict of Interest training.
