Overview

The Curriculum & Instruction Developer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the pre-licensure curricula, ensuring it meets professional standards and exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• MSN Degree Required; DNP or PhD preferred.
• 5+ years of curriculum and course development experience.
• Experience with online and blended learning modalities.
• Ability to lead complex projects and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of instructional theories and teaching strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in faculty development and training.
• Excellent computer and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote location.
• Demonstrated competence in virtual meeting technologies.
