Overview

As a Vendor Management Intern at ADT, you will play a key role in supporting the launch and execution of ADT’s first strategic Vendor Management Program. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders, enhance vendor relationships, and drive the implementation of innovative processes that elevate organizational effectiveness. You’ll work on high-impact projects, including vendor performance analysis, relationship management, and industry best practice research while contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives.

In Short

  • Assist in creating tools, templates, and frameworks for the Vendor Management Program.
  • Collect and analyze vendor performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Work with teams to improve vendor relationships and enhance performance.
  • Contribute to the segmentation of vendors for prioritization.
  • Research vendor management best practices to align processes.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Current enrollment in an MBA or advanced degree program.
  • 2-5 years of relevant post-undergraduate work experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work onsite at least three days per week.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for graduates.
  • 40-hour workweek expected with flexible remote options.
  • No housing allowance or relocation assistance offered.
