Senior Solution Architect - Remote

In Short

• Part-time position with a minimum of 50 hours per month.
• Methodical responsibility including application and communication of agile methodology in client projects.
• Facilitation of workshops such as Inceptions, Retrospectives, and Playbacks.
• Moderation of Design Thinking sessions and co-creation formats.
• Continuous optimization of agile processes with teams and stakeholders.
• Technical responsibility for developing scalable and future-proof technical solutions.
• Assessment of feasibility, complexity, and integration capability of digital solutions.
• Conducting technical workshops with clients and development teams.
• Support in developing personas, customer journeys, and process models in close collaboration with UX and business.
• Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects with top clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, IT Consultant, or in a comparable role.
• At least a university degree.
• Solid technical understanding (e.g., cloud architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps).
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ideally with IBM Garage methodology.
• Knowledge in Design Thinking, User Journey Mapping, and Business Model Canvas is a plus.
• Good knowledge in BPMN 2.0 modeling.
• Strong moderation and communication skills, even in interdisciplinary teams.
• Self-organized, solution-oriented working style with enjoyment of change.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and corporate structures.
