In Short

• Efficiently oversee and manage complex projects in the area of graphic design, branding strategy, communication campaigns.
• Work closely and coordinate a creative project team, conduct planning sessions, set priorities, project tasks, and deadlines.
• Create project briefing, budget, and cost estimation.
• Regularly monitor project status, timeline, used hours, and budget.
• Oversee, plan, coordinate, and conduct meetings with clients.
• Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Admind’s business.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relations with clients.
• Work closely with Design Leads and Growth Team in developing proposals.
• Track and report on key metrics such as project profitability.
• Mentor and support junior members of the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar in creative agencies.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Experience of working in an international environment with corporate clients.
• Strong negotiator and great communicator.
• Good at strategic planning, budget management, and problem solving.
• Fluent in English (level C1).
