In Short

• Manage cross-disciplinary complex projects in graphic, digital design and branding.
• Deliver projects end-to-end from brief and planning through execution and final delivery.
• Translate high-level or ambiguous briefs into clear, structured project plans.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including creatives, designers, strategists, technologists, producers, and external vendors.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change requests.
• Lead status meetings, steering meetings, and delivery reviews.
• Proactively gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
• Generate accurate reports and status notifications.
• Pitch fresh and innovative ideas to clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar.
• Comfortable managing diverse project types, including events and digital initiatives.
• Solid experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex corporate environments.
• Confident in mediating between competing interests and navigating organizational politics.
• Clear and calm communication skills, even in high-pressure situations.
• Full ownership of projects and client relationships.
• Experience working with international, corporate clients.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (C1 minimum).
