Overview

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Project Manager to support internal teams by managing projects aimed at improving operational quality, data accuracy, and customer experience.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate internal projects focused on improving data quality and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain reporting and dashboards for quality metrics.
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, and functional leaders for project success.
• Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Resolve issues and track processes effectively.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Analysis.
• Strong experience in creating and interpreting reports.
• Ability to identify process breakdowns and implement solutions.
• Understanding of operational workflows and process management.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Metabase, Jira, and business platforms.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
