In Short

• Contribute to the development of our backend written +99% in Go.
• Maintain our microservice architecture used to communicate with our frontend.
• Work with event buses like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis.
• Continuously search for ways to decrease API response time.
• Support partners by providing raw or aggregated data.
• Collaborate with our Data Science team to optimize ML algorithms.
• Collect billions of daily API events and aggregate them.
• Learn in a supportive environment that refines your potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally with Go.
• Ability to quickly get involved in new, complex topics.
• Experience building web applications in Go.
• Knowledge about databases and basic understanding of Regular Expressions.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and Docker is a plus.
• Open to relocating to Hamburg, Germany.
