Overview

As General Counsel, you will play a key role in shaping and overseeing the legal affairs of the bank and its affiliates, offering guidance on complex legal matters, and ensuring the organization remains compliant and well-positioned for continued growth and success.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
