• We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Reference Data team.
• The reference data team manages the data reconciliation and curation process for market data providers.
• You will partner with product teams to understand their business needs.
• You’ll contribute to increasingly challenging engineering projects.
• Our engineering team primarily works with PySpark, Python, AWS, Terraform, Java, and Kubernetes.
• We use Agile methodologies to deliver on business outcomes.
• The current salary range is $126,000 - $197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering leads to define and implement platform architecture.
• Be a technical thought leader and educate others.
• Drive strategic business and technology decisions.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in distributed micro-services development, specifically with Python or Java.
• Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, OLAP, and/or data lake architectures.
• Ability to own complex projects involving partners across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and mentor other engineers.
• A rapid learner with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in building data pipelines and working with Big-data.
