Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
• Exposure to GTM applications such as CPQ, FinancialForce, etc.
• Strong business process mapping skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Agile-based certification preferred.
• Business Analyst certifications are a plus.
