Manager of Contract Enrollment - Remote

Overview

The Contract Enrollment Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating all credentialing needs and assisting with contracting and credentialing projects within the Contracting Department—supporting the Director of Contracting with ongoing maintenance of contracts and managing credentialing specialists’ personnel.

In Short

• Responsible for completing credentialing, recredentialing, and contract applications
• Coordinate credentialing, recredentialing and applications amongst the credentialing specialists
• Review all applications from credentialing specialists to ensure accuracy and provide feedback and training
• Submits all contracts for signature to the appropriate signatory
• Maintain Master Contracting/Credentialing Log and monitor contract renewal dates
• Work with payers on fixing their contract databases to resolve out of network denials
• Ensure accurate and timely EFT setup for all contracts
• Coordinate with payors to organize meetings and enhance communications
• Maintain contract contact information
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME products and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred
• Three (3) years contracting, business development, or network management experience required
• Three (3) years of leadership experience required
