Senior Partner Productivity Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Partner Productivity Manager to accelerate pipeline growth, retention, and marketing performance across Acumatica’s Value-Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem.

In Short

• Partner with high-potential VARs to improve pipeline contribution.
• Build scalable frameworks and processes for VARs.
• Track and optimize partner funnel performance.
• Support customer retention and upsell programs.
• Facilitate a community of VAR leaders.
• Represent Acumatica at events and forums.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or productivity enablement.
• 5 years of experience with VAR/channel ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of marketing & sales funnels.
• Familiarity with martech tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with VAR leadership.
