Overview

Acumatica is seeking a Senior Partner Productivity Manager to enhance pipeline growth, retention, and marketing performance across its Value-Added Reseller (VAR) ecosystem.

In Short

• Accelerate pipeline growth and retention for VARs.
• Assess gaps in marketing and sales productivity.
• Develop frameworks and playbooks for VARs.
• Analyze and optimize partner funnel performance.
• Support customer retention and upsell programs.
• Facilitate community and best practice sharing among VAR leaders.
• Represent Acumatica at events and forums.
• Collaborate with VARs to improve pipeline contribution.
• Measure and report on marketing performance metrics.
• Build scalable processes for generating opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Modern Marketing Pipeline & Funnel operation.
• 5 years of experience with VAR/channel ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of marketing & sales funnels.
• Familiarity with martech tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to design multi-channel campaigns.
• Executive presence and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on approach to diagnose partner gaps.
