ActiveProspect is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our outbound prospecting efforts, engaging high-intent inbound leads and executing strategic outreach to key accounts.

  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of outbound SDR or business development experience.
  • Proven ability to build and refine outbound sales strategies.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Strong research and personalization skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
  • Self-motivated and organized with accountability.
  • Passion for sales and marketing technology.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
