UX Designer II - Remote

In Short

• Lead design projects within the Growth Portfolio from research to execution.
• Design user experiences that drive activation, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding workflows.
• Use data and user research for design iteration and validation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Work with Product Managers and Engineers on feature testing.
• Identify user journey friction points and propose design solutions.
• Contribute to UX department initiatives and team growth.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of UX design experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to translate data insights into design improvements.
• Experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and user analytics is a plus.
